Footnotes
- Alternative numbers represent honors versions of these classes.
- Depends on math placement/AP credit. Students should take the highest math for which they place and continue until completing at least Calculus III.
- Pre-Health Professions students should take Bio I/II in the first year and may want to take additional biology elective classes. If not pursuing a pre-health professional program, substitute electives or physics for biology.
- Depending on English placement/AP credit. Students taking EN 103 can do so in either semester and do not need EN 101/102.
- General education requirements: freshmen composition (6 h), foreign language or computer science (6 h), humanities, literature, and fine arts (12 h), history and social and behavioral sciences (12 h). Students must take a 2-semester sequence in either literature or history. Natural science, math, and writing requirements will be met in the Chemistry major.
- Pre-medical students should take Biochemistry I in the fall of year 3 to be prepared for the MCAT.
- Offered fall only
- Writing courses
- Offered spring only
