Students should arrange with their advisors to ensure that appropriate forms are brought to committee meetings. There are forms for the IRR, OCE, and final defense (master’s or PhD) for the committee to report the result of your defense. In addition, there are assessment forms that are used to evaluate the program. Both forms should be completed by the committee for all defenses.
