American Institute of Chemists Award

The American Institute of Chemists Award is to honor an outstanding senior majoring in chemistry and is given in recognition of the potential advancement of the chemical profession through this student’s demonstrated record of leadership, ability, character, and scholastic achievement.  In order for a student to qualify, he/she must be a senior chemistry major with at least a B average. The candidates must also be planning to follow a career in chemistry.
