Dr. Matthew Reichert named ACS Fellow

Congratulations to Dr. Matthew Reichert (PhD 2005) who has been named an American Chemical Society (ACS) Fellow. ACS Fellows are selected for outstanding achievements in and contributions to science, the profession and the Society. Dr. Reichert is Professor and Assistant VP for Research at the University of South Alabama.  Dr. Reichert received his PhD under the direction of Dr. Robin Rogers.

Dr. Michael Curry name top 100 innovator

Dr. Michael Curry (PhD 2004) has been named to The Top 100 Magazine’s 2022 list of “Top 100 Innovators & Entrepreneurs.” Dr. Curry is an associate professor in chemistry and materials science and engineering at Tuskegee University and CEO and founder of Eco-Friendly Plastic Materials, LLC. He has been a leader in developing biodegradable materials to replace synthetic polymers.  Dr. Curry earned his PhD under the direction of Dr. Shane Street.

Dr. Stallings (PhD 2006) highlighted in C&EN

Greg Robinson (PhD, ’84) Elected to National Academy of Science
